New to the forum and also to SX4.
Any SX4 drivers out there?
I am trying to look for SX4 forum for some advices.
If you are a SX4 driver, do you have any workshop that specialise on SX4 to recommend?
I wanna get new rims and tyre , maybe to lower the spring/body , LED lights and most importantly, the tuning to swift sports.
Heard from Champion motors that SX4 same engine as swift sport just that tuning is different. i wanna confirm that also.
And if theres possibility to change whole gear box from AT to MT.
Wanna know how much it costs also.
1 more very important thing, i feel that my sx4 have problem with its gearbox. Sometime (especially when going up a gradient) , my vehicle will drag gear for quite some time. it will get stuck at 2.5 rpm even when i depress even lower then suddeny jump up to 3rpm. anyone got the same problem?.. how to counter that?
Any SX4 drivers, please do let me know. Thanks!

There is no specialise workshop on SX4 that i know of at the moment, understand from some here they just go to their preferred workshop.

All the mod can be done at anyshop doing the item you named.

Yes, if swift can do it I dun see a problem for SX4.

Yes, upgrade your cam and piston, use a EMU or unchip to retune.

Go look around at stamford or H-Tyre, you might find 1 that you like.

Tanabe(Jeep Chee) or tein(Fong Kim).

Re: New to the forum and also to SX4.
How much does upgrading the CAM and Piston costs? is it legal?
Have to go champion motor? or find parts and install at workshop?
Is there any criteria for the rim to have to fit for SX4? And what kind of tyre is suitable for normal road driving?
